Officials of both Western Michigan and Central Michigan Universities are condemning a T-shirt created for fans of Western in advance of the weekend football game between the two institutions, WNEM News reported. The shirts show a Native American behind bars with the tag line “Caught a Chippewa bout a week ago." Central Michigan athletes are the Chippewas.
