Undocumented Applicants

A new survey by the National Association for College Admission Counseling has found that 60 percent of colleges report receiving applications from students without legal documentation to stay in the United States. The share is higher at public colleges (71 percent) than privates (just over half). Among the most selective colleges, 86 percent reported receiving applications from undocumented students.
