EVersity Launches, Adds Content Provider

EVersity, the University of Arkansas System's fully online institution that launched last week, now has its first applicants and a "preferred content provider" in Cengage Learning. The system last year approved the creation of eVersity in an effort to boost educational attainment among adults in the state. In the first six days since eVersity began accepting applications last Tuesday, the online institution reported it received 81 applications, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
