Bowdoin College announced that it is going need blind for international student admissions. "Ensuring access to a Bowdoin education is central to our mission. This commitment to need-blind admission for our international applicants is another important part of a remarkable program of access and affordability that only a few other colleges and universities are able to provide," said President Clayton Rose.
The only other colleges that are need blind for international students are Amherst and Dartmouth Colleges; Harvard, Princeton and Yale Universities and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
