Jessica Keener, writer and Agni fiction editor, reads "Not for Sale," part of a larger work-in-progress called "An Ordinary Girl's Search for Home," a memoir. It was first published by Connotation Press, January 2011. Other pieces of it have appeared in the Huffington Post as well as on Jessica’s blog: Confessions of A Hermit Crab.

For more than a dozen years, Jessica Keener has been a features writer for The Boston Globe, O, the Oprah Magazine, New England Home, Coastal Living, and others. She is a co-author of Time To Make the Donuts, which she wrote with the founder of Dunkin’ Donuts. Her fiction has appeared in many literary magazines and garnered three Pushcart Prize nominations, a Pushcart Anthology citation in ‘100 outstanding writers’; Redbook magazine’s second prize in fiction, a Massachusetts Cultural Council Grant in fiction, and a Chekhov Prize for Excellence in Fiction from the editors at Wilderness House Literary Review.
