A Tip of the Cap

A tip of the cap to all of the political science professors out there, especially those teaching Intro to American Government right now.

This must be what astronomers feel like when we get new pictures from another galaxy. Except in this case, the pictures can talk back.

In the fall of 2000, I had an intro class that met the day after the election. I remember students coming in with perplexed expressions, asking what this “electoral college” was. But this week makes that week look easy.
