Still Waiting on the Supreme Court

Many were expecting the Supreme Court to say Monday whether it will consider an appeal of a decision finding that Harvard University operates affirmative action in admissions legally. But the court instead asked for the interim solicitor general to file a brief in the case. So we're waiting (probably) until October.
