A woman is suing the College of New Jersey for allegedly punishing her after her fifth pregnancy, NJ.com reported. The woman said comments that she should stop having children came after she was hired (when she had three children), and they grew worse. She had a miscarriage, and her previously encouraging reviews turned negative. Eventually, the college didn't renew her $122,000-a-year contract. The college refused to comment because the case is in litigation.

The suit was filed anonymously, but a federal appeals court ruled last month that to pursue the claim the woman must give her name, which she has now done in the suit.
