Kelly, an employee and executive recruitment company, acquired Greenwood/Asher & Associates, a higher education executive search firm, earlier this month.
Greenwood/Asher & Associates, based in Miramar Beach, Fla., will continue to operate under its own brand, according to a press release. Kelly did not disclose additional details about the acquisition.
“Across the education landscape, the need for talent has never been greater, and Kelly has been diligently identifying adjacencies and growth opportunities to meet the increased demand for experienced education professionals,” Peter Quigley, president and CEO of Kelly, said in a statement. “With the addition of Greenwood/Asher, we are formally expanding our solutions beyond K-12 and into the higher education space.”
The Greenwood/Asher acquisition is Kelly Education’s third in four years. Earlier this year, the company acquired Insight, an education staffing company. It also picked up Teachers On Call, an education staffing firm based in Minnesota, in 2017.
