A couple who have made billions from agricultural products have pledged $750 million to the California Institute of Technology to fund research into climate change, the university announced.
Stewart and Lynda Resnick, who own the Wonderful Company, which produces POM pomegranate juice, among other products, will donate the money to amplify the work of an existing sustainability institute they created at Caltech.
