A federal judge has rejected a lawsuit against Northwestern University by a student who says that the institution didn't take strong enough action when she reported that she was sexually assaulted by a professor in 2012, The Chicago Tribune reported. The case has attracted widespread attention. The judge found that the university took "timely, reasonable and successful measures" after the student filed a complaint.
