  • Alabama Southern Community College: Rod A. Risley, executive director of Phi Theta Kappa.
  • Dominican College: Ethan Zohn, co-founder of Grassroot Soccer, a nonprofit organization that trains professional soccer players to teach African children about HIV/AIDS.
  • Hamilton College: Al Gore, former vice president of the United States.
  • John Carroll University: The Rev. Timothy P. Kesicki, provincial superior of the newly combined Chicago-Detroit Province of Jesuits.
  • Messiah College: Amy L. Sherman, senior fellow at the Sagamore Institute for Policy Research.
  • Rutgers University at Newark: Annette Gordon-Reed, professor of law and history at Harvard University.
  • Smith College: Sylvia Earle, explorer in residence at National Geographic Society.
  • Whitworth University: Deborah J. Wilds, president and COO of the College Success Foundation.
