• Tan Chorh Chuan, acting president at National University of Singapore, has been appointed to the position on a permanent basis.
• Robert L. King, president and CEO of the Arizona Community Foundation and former chancellor of the State University of New York, has been selected as president of the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education.
• Kathy A. Krendl, executive vice president and provost of Ohio University, has been selected as president of Otterbein College, also in Ohio.
• The Rev. James Patrick Shea, a pastor and religion teacher at churches and schools in North Dakota, has been named president of the University of Mary, also in North Dakota. (See related article on Inside Higher Ed.)
