The following colleges and universities have announced new online academic programs in recent days:

  • Hood College has begun online master's programs in information technology and cybersecurity.
  • IU Online will create six online master's and two online bachelor's programs in collaboration with Indiana University campuses. They include five M.A. degrees in teaching in various fields, an M.S. degree for teachers in educational technology for learning and bachelor's degrees in sustainability studies and data science.
  • Louisiana State University is establishing five new online degrees, including bachelor's degrees in construction management and interdisciplinary studies and master's degrees in environmental science, civil engineering and education with specialization in educational technology.
  • Minot State University is beginning a new online bachelor of science degree in early childhood education.
  • The University of New Hampshire School of Law is starting a hybrid J.D. degree in intellectual property and technology law.
