This month's edition of “The Pulse,” Inside Higher Ed's technology podcast, features a presentation about the Higher Education Horizon Report, an annual survey of the campus technology landscape by the New Media Consortium.

The podcast presents the keynote the consortium's Alex Freeman gave at the 2015 Pennsylvania/Delaware/New Jersey Distance Learning Association's Annual Conference & Expo.

Freeman is one of the authors of the Horizon Report, which explores trends, challenges and other developments related to higher education technology.

The host of “The Pulse” is Rodney B. Murray, executive director of the office of academic technology at University of the Sciences.
