For First Time, Women Are Majority of Law Students

A new analysis finds that women, for the first time, make up a majority of law students. While that may be a milestone for women, the analysis follows one that finds male applicants have been more likely to be admitted than female applicants, and that the law schools with the highest job placement rates tend to enroll smaller percentages of women than law schools with lower placement rates.
