St. Catharine College Sues Education Department

St. Catharine College, a small Roman Catholic college in Kentucky, has sued the U.S. Department of Education over student aid funds that the college says the government has failed to provide, WDRB News reported. The college says that it is on the "brink of extinction" unless a federal judge orders the government to provide the funds. Department officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
