Congratulations
Congratulations to Dr. Richard W. Phillips as the new president of the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He joins SCO during their 75th year of service. I believe Dr. Phillips will do a marvelous job in his new role. This college is making a major difference in preparting individuals to enter a critical field that saves one of our most precious gifts—eye sight. They even serve us while they are still learning. Thanks.
