New Programs: Nursing Education, Rehabilitative Sciences, School Psychology, Business

• Capella University is starting a Ph.D. program in nursing education.
• Clarion University of Pennsylvania is starting an online master’s degree in rehabilitative sciences.
• Minnesota State University at Mankato is starting a doctoral program in school psychology.
• Sinclair Community College and Wilmington College, both in Ohio, are collaborating on a new bachelor’s degree in business in which students will take two years of instruction at Sinclair and then finish at Wilmington, although courses for both parts of the program will be offered at a Sinclair campus.
