A Two-Part Question

You read an article about a college at which the average salary for assistant professors is $51,000, for associate professors is $57,100, and full professors is $67,000.  What do you conclude?

a.  It’s scandalous that they’re so low.  No wonder they’re losing people!

b. That sounds about right.

c. Sheesh, adjuncts would kill for that.

d. Interesting that community colleges often pay that or less, with higher teaching loads, and nobody says “boo.”
